Baklava is traditionally eaten in the Orient. However, similar creations and variations can be found in other countries around the world. This blend was inspired by this diversity. The classic, nutty notes of almonds and pistachios, along with sweet honey nuances, are rounded off with the fruity flavor of pomegranate. The paradise apple is also visually appealing with its pink-red face, which blends beautifully with red rose petals and bright yellow marigold blossoms.

Rooibos tea, date pieces, sweet blackberry leaves, flavoring, freeze-dried fig quarters, freeze-dried pomegranate seeds, Manuka honey powder, almond pieces, dark red rose petals, marigolds
8-10 minutes brewing time
100 °C water temperature
4-5 teaspoons per liter
