Description:

In Ha Giang Province, in the far north of Vietnam, on the border with China, family-run tea farms, known as "small holders," cultivate teas using traditional methods. Since 2012, most of them have been certified organic. The Cao Bo Factory produces very fine black and green varieties from these teas.

For us, a light brown, evenly crafted leaf with golden tips. Light and smooth, yet full-bodied and spicy in the copper-colored infusion. The infusion is slightly floral with a hint of caramel.
