Description:

This organically grown tea is a top quality of Korean tea culture. It originates from the volcanic island of Jejudo, located south of the Korean peninsula. The volcanic rock layers act as a natural filter for rainwater. This clear and pure water is an important reason for the cultivation of this wonderful product. "Woojean" figuratively means "before the rains," as the harvest takes place from mid- to late April, before the onset of the spring rains. The vibrant bottle-green cup rewards us with a fragrant, grassy, and slightly nutty flavor.
