Also known in Vietnamese as "Tua Chua-Lai Chau," the leaves of this rare tea come from the ancient "Tuyet San" tea trees, which can grow up to 10 meters tall and thrive in the mountain ranges of northern Vietnam at approximately 1,500 meters above sea level. The mountain peaks are shrouded in thick clouds almost year-round; these almost optimal growing conditions guarantee consistently excellent quality. Our offering impresses with its smoky green, beautifully twisted leaves. The infused, olive-green leaves reflect the careful processing of the whole leaf. The result is a golden cup and a full-bodied, slightly bitter flavor with a fresh, grassy note.
