Description:
A top-quality Japanese rarity, also called "pearl dew" or "noble dewdrops." The tea bushes grow in the shade of deciduous trees and are covered with bamboo mats two weeks before harvest. The fine, regular leaves have a deep green, slightly glossy color and emit a refined, strong aroma with a hint of sweetness. The leaves can be infused two to three times, with longer infusion times.

60° - 80 °C water temperature
4-5 level teaspoons/1 liter
