For over 50 years, exceptional green oolong teas have been produced on the Doi Phayapai mountain in northern Thailand, equaling or even surpassing the high-quality green Formosa Jade Oolongs. These teas are based on tea plants imported from the Taiwanese highlands, coupled with the profound knowledge of Taiwanese tea makers, who have always accompanied and improved the cultivation process year after year. We have selected a quality that impresses with its dark green, finely rolled leaves. After brewing, a distinctive floral fragrance unfolds in the sparkling citrus-colored cup. The aromatic bouquet and the soft yet distinctive sweetness linger long after the enjoyment of this truly masterful tea.
