This Gunpowder, also known as "Zucha" or "pearl tea," is considerably more refined than its predecessor. Just like the classic, this tea is slowly dried in rotating drums. The constant rotation gives the tea its spherical shape.
"Temple of Heaven" is a very tightly rolled ball, which reflects its high quality. The aroma is somewhat softer than the standard grade and not quite as bitter. This tea can be enjoyed at any time of day. If this infusion is still too bitter for you, you can discard the first batch. This will also eliminate most of the quickly dissolved caffeine.

75° - 80° C water temperature
4-5 level teaspoons/1 liter
