If there ever is an official "hall of fame" for the world's top teas, this specialty would certainly belong in the top category. Originally, the tea grew at Fujian's high altitudes, so monkeys were trained to pick the leaves. Today, this task is carried out by humans over a short period of just a few days each year. The coarser, slightly fluffy leaf produces a light green infusion and a sweet cup. Light hints of honey characterize this fascinating tea. A must for every green tea lover.
