Description:

Oolong is a specialty originally produced in the highlands of the Taiwanese mountains. The teas are partially fermented to about 50% after picking and then withered in the sun. By frequently turning the tea in bamboo baskets during the drying phase, the oolong develops a mild aroma and a large, wildly twisted leaf. The infused leaf reveals the still-green core with the fermented leaf edges. This tea is very light in the cup and has a very floral and spicy flavor.
