Description:

We are delighted to offer this extravagant organically grown tea! This success story began in 2000, when three tea lovers founded this fine, exclusive 75-hectare tea garden in eastern Nepal. They worked closely with several small farmers to produce semi-fermented, premium-quality teas. This represents serious competition to the oolongs from Darjeeling and Formosa, of which only a few batches, each weighing less than 100 kg net, are exported annually.

The tea leaves and their infusion have an intense scent of hay flowers, and the infusion tastes complex, aromatically fresh, slightly earthy with a delicately sweet spiciness.
