Description:

This tea comes from Shizuoka, on the slopes of Mount Fuji. It is mechanically harvested in the autumn and then hand-picked of stems and fragments. Sencha translates as "steamed tea," and this tea is carefully processed accordingly.
and lightly steamed before rolling and drying. The leaf forms a very fine and fragile structure. The infusion shimmers in a light, olive-green color. The flavor is distinctive with a dominant aftertaste and is ideal for connoisseurs of strong green teas.
