Pu-erh, or Pu-er, are teas whose leaves are rehydrated after the fermentation process is complete so that a further fermentation phase can begin; these are called post-fermented teas. After production, these teas are stored in cool cellars or buried in the ground for one to several years. Our quality is the most popular and best-selling worldwide. The dark to light brown leaves develop a strong, spicy-earthy flavor and, depending on the brewing time, an earthy-woody aroma. The infusion is deep red.
